There have been some rumors swirling around town about what's moving into Joann Fabrics in Frandor.

It turns out, there MIGHT be some validity to those rumors.

Rumors About Frandor’s Empty Joann Space Grow

There are some rumors going around Lansing that Total Wine & More might be moving into the former Joann Fabrics in Frandor.

Total Wine & More is on a whole other level when it comes to beer, wine, seltzers, and spirits. The selection available is absolutely huge! And there are currently locations in Ann Arbor, Grand Rapids, Novi, and Sterling Heights.

As of right now, it's just a rumor that Total Wine & More is taking over Joann's. However, it definitely IS opening a location in Lansing.

Clues That Point to Frandor Lansing Location

Here are some factors that points towards Total Wine & More coming to Frandor:

• Total Wine & More has a job listing for an Assistant Store Manager at a New Store Opening in Lansing, MI on its website.
• Frandor Shopping Center used it's social media to tease that its prepping the space for a new buildout soon.
• An email sent to WKAR from the company confirms that Total Wine & More is preparing to enter the market later this year. However, they did not confirm whether or not they would be coming to Frandor.

At this time, there's no word on an opening date. However, we'll keep our ears to the ground in hopes of more information soon.
