Another Eatery is About to Open its Doors in Lansing
It's always a good thing when I get to talk about a new eatery opening instead of one closing. And lucky for Lansing locals, it looks like we're about get our next fast-casual eatery in the area.
Lately, we've had a slew of new restaurants open.
New Restaurants in Lansing
Panda Express opened a location near Eastwood Towne Center in May 2024. Jersey Mike's opened a location near Frandor in mid August. KPOT Korean BBQ and Hot Pot restaurant opened on Lansing's west side in May.

And most recently, Big Moe's Kitchen (a small Michigan'based chain) just opened in the former YaYa's Chicken location near Frandor. Now, we can look forward to another eatery coming to the Frandor area.
Lansing foodies can look forward to Middle Eats opening its doors soon.
Middle Eats Coming Soon to Lansing
According to Lansing City Pulse, Middle Eats anticipates opening the Tuesday after Labor Day.
Dubbed the "Middle East Chipotle", Middle Eats serves up salads, bowls, and wraps with a fresh, Mediterranean twist. Here's a look at the delicious food Lansing is in store for.
Another cool aspect of this new restaurant... it's another small, Michigan-based chain! There are three other locations in Bloomfield, Warren, and Detroit.
Middle Eats will soon open its doors at the old Lefty's Cheesesteak location on Saginaw, north of Frandor. And if you're on the go, they have a drive-thru set up!
