A bit of bright news on the horizon when it comes to Lansing businesses; we have some that are opening as a opposed to closing. It feels like we've had more than a few businesses close recently, so this is refreshing.
New Businesses Coming to Lansing Near Eastwood Towne Center
If you've done any shopping or dining around Eastwood Towne Center recently, than you've noticed that a lot of stuff if happening. T
here are 'For Lease' signs going up everywhere in that general area, there's a ton of groundbreaking and construction going on, and lots of 'Coming Soon' signs too.

Speaking of coming soon, here's a look at some of the businesses that we know are coming to Lansing near Eastwood Towne Center sometime soon.
Let's start with the business that has the most construction done thus far; Michigan-based Art & Jake's Sports Bar.

Art & Jake's took over the old Champps location inside the shopping center. They've got all the supports and some of the walls up. Hopefully we'll see them open soon.
The next two businesses are about neck-and-neck when it comes to progress.
First up; Dave & Buster's.

This restaurant, bar, and arcade geared towards adults (aka big kids) has broken ground at its intended location.
Finally, the last business with a sign indicating its approach is Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurants.

There's is another sight near Eastwood that has ground broken on it, just behind the Old Navy. However, no signs indicated if or what business might be going in there.
