A New Restaurant is Coming to REO Town in Lansing

The landscape of Lansing's businesses is always changing. Case and point, it was just the other day when we talked about a new sandwich option that had just opened near Frandor. Now, we have another new business coming our way.

I came across this announcement on a local Lansing Facebook group, and followed the trail to the source.

Turns out, Lansing is getting another restaurant! But not just any old restaurant...

Lansing is Getting a New Italian

REO Town is welcoming REO Town Clubhouse, located at the former Ellison Brewery and Event Space (which closed in December 2023) at 1314 South Washington Avenue.

REO Town Clubhouse is a ristorante that plans on offering "a unique blend of authentic Italian cuisine, vibrant entertainment, and stylish event space."

Patrons will be able to enjoy a wide array of Italian cuisine, along with craft beers, cocktails, and wine.

As of right now, the announcement just says, "stay tuned" for more news about their grand opening, which is coming soon. However, no exact opening date has been mentioned yet.

Those looking for more fun night-life activities (and those missing the former dueling piano club, Rum Runners) you're in luck! REO Town Clubhouse also plans on adding fun activities to their repertoire. We can look forward to dueling pianos, billiards, and catching the game on the big screen.
