A New Cafe and Bakery is Coming to Downtown Lansing

Great Harvest will be taking over that space.

Great Harvest currently has a Lansing location on West Saginaw Hwy and one in Okemos on Grand River Ave. Both locations serve a multitude of sweet and savory breads, rolls, muffins, scones, cookies, and more.

There's no specific word on when Great Harvest plans on opening the Downtown Lansing location, just a general "coming soon" posted to the door to the building and the website.

Great Harvest has put up a covering on the windows showing pictures of what we can expect from the soon to be bakery and cafe; sweet and savory breads, sandwiches, soup, coffee, flatbreads, salads, and more.
