The 45th annual Michigan Renaissance Festival in Holly is open soon for the 2024 season.

This year, the popular festival will showcase new and exciting attractions, along with familiar favorites.

What new attractions will be featured this year at the Michigan Renaissance Festival?

  • House of Dragons: A fantastical world featuring a new House of Dragons pub. It's a true dragon-themed adventure. Ages 21 and up only.
  • Freeze-Dried Candy: Unique and whimsical sweets will add a new twist to your festival experience.
  • Barbi Mermaid:  Barbi Mermaid will entertain you with her mesmerizing tales and aquatic skills.
  • Crow's Nest and Barrell Ride: You can test your skills and enjoy two new festival games: The Crow's Nest and the Barrel Ride. Both games are family-friendly.
  • VIP Pampering: Season Pass holders and Royal Pass holders, can enjoy new upscale restrooms and beverages in a designated shaded area.

The Michigan Renaissance Festival also features exciting theme weekends. The 2024 themes are as follows,

  • Wonders Of The World: September 7th and September 8th
  • Shamrocks & Shenanigans: September 14th and September 15th
  • Harvest Huzzah: September 21st and September 22nd
  • Festival Friday: September 27th
  • Sweet Endings: September 28th and September 29th

When is the 2024 Michigan Renaissance Festival in Holly?

The Michigan Renaissance Festival runs every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) from August 17th, 2024 to September 29th, 2024.

The Michigan Renaissance Festival will open on Labor Day, Monday, September 2nd, 2024, and Friday, September 27th, 2024.

Rain or shine, Michigan Renaissance Festival hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
