Lane Closures On I-69 In Shiawassee County Begin Monday

The Michigan Department of Transportation has a major freeway reconstruction project slated to begin Monday, June 3 in Shiawassee County.

Four and a half miles of I-69 will undergo reconstruction near Perry between Bath Road and the tie-in of the original freeway to the 1992 stretch, east of M-52.

At least one lane of traffic will be maintained throughout the length of the project that is expected to wrap up in September 2019.
