Lansing Awarded Money To Fight Stupidity…err…Racism
According to a report from WLNS.com, Lansing has been chosen to receive money from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation to fight racism in the United States. Lansing is one of 14 cities nationwide to benefit from a $24 million grant from the foundation started by the late cereal magnate.
The foundation's Truth, Racial, Healing, and Transformation initiative was launched in 2016 in an effort to battle the stupidity in our society that is racism. The story behind the foundation's efforts with TRHT is quite amazing.
