Lansing Distillery Offering Cocktail Classes

Browsing the Lansing State Journal this week, I happened across a story that caught my eye. Fellow wannabe bartenders, take heed. American Fifth Spirits on North Larch Street is offering classes, about once a month, teaching the true science of mixology.

According to the story, we Mid-Michiganders have no clue how to truly mix a cocktail, without store bought, over commercialized ingredients. American Fifth Spirits is ready to change that.
