The Basketball Coaches Association of Michigan has announced the three finalists for its Hal Schram Mr. Basketball award. Lansing Everett senior forward Trevor Manuel finds him name among the list. Manuel is averaging a double-double in his 2014-15 campaign, tallying 23.5 points per game,11 rebounds, and 6 blocks according to this article at freep.com. He has already committed to play College Basketball at Oregon next season, and has developed his game to be, not only an inside, athletic presence, but a threat to hit mid to long range jumpers. Manuel is joined in the final three by MSU commit, 6'10" forward/center Deyonta Davis of Muskegon (averaging 19 points, 17 rebounds, and 7 blocks this season) and 6'4" Saginaw Arthur Hill guard Eric Davis (averaging 26 points, 7 rebounds, and 6 assists per game) who has committed to play for Texas. The winner will be announced on March 23.
