Lansing’s Unicorn Bar on Grand River to Get Makeover

The LSJ reports that the legendary Unicorn Bar on Grand River Avenue in Old Town Lansing, 'North Lansing', is poised for an overhaul after legendary owner Tommy Malvetis died at the age of 94 this past December.

The neighborhood bar/jam space was purchased by the Gillespie Group and will get an 'extreme makeover'.
