WILX.com reports that tonight will be a great night for stargazers.

The annual Leonid meteor shower is scheduled to peak Sunday night into Monday morning across the skies. But, the show could be minimized a bit by a bright moon this year.

Having said that, however, there could be 10 to 15 meteors per hour. According to the report, the best viewing time is between midnight and dawn.

Those looking to spot some space dust should find a location away from city lights and look straight up into the sky, on your back. No special equipment should be needed to view the meteor shower.
