MacGyver Pants Fixes Microphone Live On Air

This morning Deb said "It's going to be one of those kinds of days."

Right after she said that, my microphone broke. The screw that held the rig together was stripped and there was NO WAY it was going back together. I professionally finished the talk and looked for tools to remedy the situation when we went into a commercial break.

The only tool I could spot when I turned my head was a spoon. I thought "I could make this work." So, I did. I think I deserve some kind of humanitarian award.

It's Deb's fault. She jinxed the perfect game. The microphone spoon held... All morning long.
