Meteor Screams Across Michigan – Shows Up on Dash Cams

Saturday morning, a meteor streaked across Michigan (and most of the upper Midwest) And , because more and more people have dash cams and home security cameras, we've got video of the event. Shared here by MLive.com

This has me thinking about getting a dash cam. Why don't we have more dash cams? I know a lot of police cars have them, but if we all had them, think of the video we'd get. The internet would be even crazier. (Oh, no - it could be)

You know who loves their dash cams? Those crazy Russians, that's who. And thanks to them and their love of dash cams, we have tremendous video of the February 15, 2013 meteor that dropped into Russia.
