MI Man Didn’t Follow Firecracker Instructions
Instructions: Light fuse, run away fast.
The Detroit Free Press reports that a 58 year old man from Deckerville was cruising around Minden City, over in the 'Thumb', around 2:30 Saturday morning. He was reportedly trying to turn around in a vacant lot when it occurred to him to light a firecracker and toss it outside of his vehicle.
As you've surmised, we're hearing about it so the big idea didn't go well. The explosive bounced off the inside of his ride and went off. No one else was in the vehicle at the time and he was treated for his injuries.
Does it feel to you like there's a lot more to this story than what we're hearing?
