According to the Michigan Lottery, a guy walked into the BP gas station on East 10 Mile Raod in Eastpointe, Michigan because he needed to put some air in his wife's tire but he needed to get some change to work the machine. While he was in the gas station, he decided to a buy a lottery ticket. He asked the cashier for a $10 Lucky 7's instant ticket but the cashier tore off a $20 ticket by accident. Instead of refusing to buy that $20 ticket, the guy decided to keep it and...well, that's when he accidentally won the two million dollars.

The lucky lottery player took the one-time lump sum payment of about $1.3 million rather than annuity payments for the full amount. He says that he's going to buy a new house with some of his winnings and put the rest in his savings account. Click here to read more.
