Michigan Man Arrested For Ramming A Boat [Video]

This is some scary video from Lake St. Clair, where a New Baltimore man intentionally rammed the bigger boat of a retired couple with his little boat.

Timothy Kennedy of New Baltimore was arrested Tuesday and charged with malicious destruction of property in the incident. He was also charged with driving under the influence.

The incident took place Monday as an unidentified couple was bringing their boat into dock. They were circled by a man in a small red boat with an outboard motor, who then proceeded to ram the back of their boat, launching his vessel up close to them.

The couple say they don't know Kennedy, nor did they think they did anything to cheese him off. His blank expression is weird, as if he maybe just wanted to see if he could do it.

A video of the incident was posted to the Facebook page Bad Boat Drivers. WARNING: There is some bad language used in the video, as one might expect when you get rammed by another boat.
