Make it four recruits in four days for Michigan State.

The Spartans picked up their 17th verbal commitment for the class of 2016 (and their second of the day on Monday) when Evanston, Ill. defensive tackle Naquan Jones announced his plans to play college football in East Lansing. The 6-foot-3, 283-pound prospect is a national top 25 defensive tackle, according to 247 Sports.

Earlier Monday, MSU picked up Mike Panasiuk of Roselle, Ill., a 6-foot-3, 285-pound defensive tackle the the fifth-ranked recruit out of Illinois. On Sunday, the Spartans got the top-rated player out of Indiana in Auston Robertson and on Friday they got the top-ranked Illinois prospect in Josh King.

Jones' commitment moves MSU up to the No. 6 slot in 247 Sports rankings of the 2016 team recruiting classes.
