MLive.com reports that the Michigan Supreme Court ruled yesterday that after a seven year court battle, teachers in Michigan who were mandated to contribute 3% of their salary to a retirement health care account will get that money returned to them.

Our state's high court ruled this week that since the funds were collected unconstitutionally, they should be returned to the teachers.
