One of the Biggest Parties in Michigan is on This Weekend!

For the last 2 years, I was LUCKY enough to get to go to Zehnder's Snowfest.

Back in 2019, I really didn't know what to expect on my first trip. I was BLOWN AWAY when I got there.

Some of the best parties in the state of Michigan go down in Frankenmuth. It's all about beer and chicken over there. It's a German/Christmas town every Michigander needs to visit to make them an authentic Michigander.

My first trip to Snowfest, I was with an assistant from the station. Once we got situated, I couldn't believe how many people were there. We were inside the beer tent with hundreds of other guests. There was live music and just a great party vibe. Outside the tent, there were snow sculptures, ice sculptures and people having a great time everywhere you looked. The line inside for Zehnder's was pretty long and I couldn't go in myself and wait. So, one of the best listeners ever Carl and his girlfriend Deb went in and hooked me up with some chicken to go. I almost cried. I love that chicken so much.

Then last year, I brought my wife as my assistant so we could have a date night. It was the last one we took. Our last date out without a mask.

This year because of the lovely pandemic, I won't be there with the station but my heart will be in Frankenmuth and my eyes will be on social media, hoping a few friends share their pics. No live warming tent this year but still a great time outdoors with many social media picture opportunities.
