Police Collecting Unused Prescriptions at Holt Football Game Tonight

The Lansing State Journal reports that Ingham County Sheriffs and Lansing Police Officers will be collecting expired prescription drugs at high school football games across the area over the next couple of weeks.The effort is an attempt to fight the opioid epidemic that's ravaging our community.

There will be an official disposal bin tonight at the Holt v Grandville game. They'll shift the effort to a different school each week - the LSJ has details here.
