Pontiac Silverdome Demo Part Two Deemed a Success
The Detroit Free Press reports that a second attempt at a partial implosion of the long-abandoned Pontiac Silverdome was a success yesterday afternoon, just after 4:00.
The LOUD blast brought down the upper ring of the stadium that opened for business on December 6, 1975 with a performance by The Who.
