2016 Record: 10-1 Overall, 5-0 CAAC White | CAAC White Champions, lost to Grand Rapids West Catholic 10-7 in Division 5 District finals.

Season Outlook:
It was another disappointing finish to an outstanding season for Coach John Novara's crew. A last-second field goal ended the Red Raiders season in 2016. But Coach Novara has built a tremendous program that is competitive year after year. Portland has six starters coming back, including junior QB Austin Allison. The schedule is very manageable, with six home games on the schedule. The CAAC White title will likely be decided in Week 5 when they play at Lansing Catholic.
