Reward Offered for Photo of Lansing Van Covered in Stuffed Animals

Driving on Cedar street in South Lansing Sunday, I saw a van that had stuffed animals all over the top of it. The centerpiece is a stuffed monkey that is secured in the style of 'King Kong'.

The van must belong to someone around here, because that wasn't the first time I saw it tooling around Lansing. I want a picture!
