It's truly crazy how the universe works sometimes. Just the other day I was gushing about how much I love David Spade and the fellow comedians he has worked with and Rob Schneider is definitely at the top of that list!

Schneider is part of the whole crew of SNL alums that has just always made me laugh and I, like many others, have grown up watching.

Favorite Rob Schneider Movies

Schneider is known for playing extremely goofy characters and pulling them off with such conviction and dedication you sometimes have to double-take and think "wait THAT'S him!?"

Of course, many of my favorite films he's been in have been Adam Sandler movies like Big Daddy, Mr. Deeds, Grown Ups, and when he's completely unrecognizable in I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry.

There are so many more we could spend all day listing because his friendship with Adam Sandler and the SNL gang is definitely something everyone should aspire to have with their friends.

Also, how could we ever forget his performance in the body-switch film, The Hot Chick?

Rob Schneider In Michigan

For many comedians, it has been a long time since they've taken to a Michigan stage but not Schneider!

He just was here back in December, braving the snow, to put on a "Socially Distant show" at Soaring Eagle:

Now, he must have been impressed with the Mitten because he is coming back, this time in much warmer weather!

Details For The Show

According to WILX, we here in Lansing will not have to go far to a venue in Grand Rapids or Detroit. Nay, nay. He is coming to the home of our very own Lansing Lugnuts, Jackson Field!

Honestly, doing his show at a baseball field is pretty fitting, as one of his most notable performances was in The Benchwarmers!

The show will be on Tuesday, August 17th with doors opening at 6:30 p.m.

Tickets are on sale now (CLICK HERE TO PURCHASE) and WILX reports they are $35 for general admission and $65 for VIP!

Many of the actresses in this story not only made a name for themselves through their collection of iconic performances, but also through the selfless, philanthropic nature with which many of them approached their stardom. In an age of flipping the script on societal norms, many of these actresses are using their voices and platforms to be advocates for those who are otherwise unheard.
