We've talked several times about local Lansing artists being commissioned to use their art to make murals on buildings in Reo Town...

But those artists were asked to do THAT.

What we have BELOW is vandalism.

And the City of Lansing is asking for your help in figuring out what this is and who's doing it.

See It, Snap It, Send It

The City of Lansing Parks and Recreation Department is asking for the public's help in identifying this symbol and most importantly, who's been tagging our city trails with it.

In addition to the trails and even Potter Park Zoo, they've tagged the Southside Community Center.

Again, we're all for freedom of expression. But paint on your own stuff. Graffiti is a wonderful form of expression. But not on public property. And definitely not on trails, community centers, and the zoo.

Someone has to clean that off of whatever it was painted on. And someone has to pay for that to be done.

Last but not least, you're not adding beauty. You're defacing things in place for the people of the community.
