Seger Wrapped Palace History Saturday, While Wings Ushered New Era
It was a sold out show this past Saturday night with over 17,000 people in the house to see Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band perform the final concert at The Palace of Auburn Hills. That was the the 17th time Seger sold out The Palace in the venue's 29 years of operation, that was more concerts than anyone else has ever sold.
Little Caesars Arena opened up this month in downtown Detroit, and the Detroit Red Wings played their first game in their new home Saturday, christening the ice with a 5-1 win over Boston.
The Pistsons will make their debut in their new Little Caesars home next month.
