Strong Winds & Some More Snow For The Lansing Area
The National Weather Service has issued a WIND ADVISORY for the Lansing area from NOON today until MIDNIGHT tonight. According to the National Weather Service, we could see wind gusts up to 45 mph this afternoon and into the evening hours. Some scattered power outages will be possible today and the NWS says that "tree limbs may fall a little easier with buds coming out on trees and adding extra weight." If you put out your deck umbrella and deck furniture already, you may want to keep an eye on those, too. Click here to read more about the WIND ADVISORY.
In other weather news, it still looks like we'll be seeing some snow on Saturday night. The forecast from the National Weather Service (as of Friday morning at 6:00am) says the Lansing area could see about five inches of snow Saturday night.
