We all get these major summer road projects take time and we all have to deal with it at some point, but PLEASE, make this one in Jackson quick.

This is part of a 13.3 million dollar state construction project.

After two seasons of closures and repairs near Michigan Avenue, Harrison Road now gets closed for another month to install bike lanes.

Beginning Wednesday night, Eastbound and Westbound I-96 will be closed starting at 11:00 PM.

The Westbound lanes will be closed for the first half of the construction period. Eastbound lanes will close in August.
