Michigan lawmakers are trying to pass a resolution that let folks hunt Eastern Sandhill Cranes.

I'm sure you've seen this bird before. Probably a lot. But I just had my first encounter with it the other day. Can you help tell me what it is?

Sandhill cranes are currently a non-game bird. Michigan state senator, Ed McBroom, wants to approve a sandhill crane hunting season.
