There are so many leaves in East Lansing, the heavy artillery was brought out.

It's fall in East Lansing! Residents are busy clearing their yards of leaves, and leaving them along street sides for the city to pickup. Who needs leaf bags when you have heavy machinery in EL??!! This is a picture of public works employees tending the piles in Pinecrest neighborhood this week. It took every bit of resistance, thanks to "warnings" of said workers, to not jump in like the old days!
