Tulip Time and Bike Time are two of my favorite West Michigan events. As we know nothing happened event wise last year, but this year is a different story. The rallies in Muskegon this year, Bike Time which starts Thursday July 15, and Rebel Road which begins Friday July 16 are expected to draw huge crowds. Get ready to roar into the weekend with scenic rides, camping, live music, stunt shows, and contests.

This year due to the downtown Muskegon social district, Hackley Park, 350 W. Webster Ave., will be the center of Rebel Road, hosting the beer garden, live music stage and vendors. Downtown Muskegon’s Western Avenue will also be transformed into biker’s alley, renamed Rebel Road during the event, with vendors and thousands of motorcyclists lining the street. National music acts, like Saving Abel, known for its rock hits in the 2000s, will headline this year’s rally.

The event which is normally 5 days has been reduced to three days with live music, stunt shows, a tattoo contest and raffle, and the Miss Rebel Road competition. You can even get vaccinated while you are there.
The rally gets underway at 5pm on Friday July 16, offering up a beer garden and live music from Bitter Desire. There will be beer sales in the park up to 11:30pm. Saturday activity starts at 11am, and on Sunday the rally opens at 11am and concludes at 4:30pm.
Alcohol sales at Hackley Park end at 11:30 p.m.
Live performances will happen on the main stage at Third Street and Webster Avenue right in Hackley Park with 14 bands scheduled to perform during the rally.
