UPDATE: Aquilina Sues Wrigglesworth and Detective

WLNS.com reports that Ingham County Circuit Court Judge Rosemarie Aquilina is suing Ingham County Sheriff Gene Wrigglesworth and Detective Charles Buckland after being cited in an investigation for obstruction of justice.

Aquilina's attorney, Nick Bostic, says that she is suing for retaliation and invasion of privacy after the two requested an investigation into Aquilina's involvement in the release video of that showed a courtroom attack earlier this year.

On Thursday, it was announced that the sheriff's office had requested a warrant for Aquilina on obstruction of justice charges. That request is being reviewed and investigated by the Clinton County Prosector's Office.
