Veterans & Their Families Enjoy The Zoo For Free

Veterans Day is Saturday, November 11th. There are a lot of fun events happening for Veterans in Michigan this weekend. Potter Park Zoo is welcoming Veterans and their families this Saturday.

We owe our Veterans for our freedoms that we enjoy as Americans. Freedom isn't free and I am grateful for every single man and woman that has served the United States. Veterans Day is a day to celebrate and honor all men and women that have served or currently serving in the United States Military. Doing kind things is a good way to do it.

I thank a Veteran anytime I see one. If they are wearing a hat, they are getting a handshake and a THANK YOU from me. My wife and I are raising our kids to be respectful, grateful and to say thank you to any Veteran they meet.

Some of the best times we have are when we spend them with our families creating memories and having fun. Potter Park Zoo in Lansing is doing that for Veterans this Saturday.

Potter Park Zoo invites Veterans and their families to have some fun from 10a - 4p.

In honor of those who serve, Potter Park Zoo is welcoming all veterans, military members, and their families into the zoo free of charge on Saturday, Nov. 11. We hope to see you at the zoo!
