Walnut Street Closure In Downtown Lansing Starts Today

WILX.com reports that a major street closure will affect traffic trying to reach Downtown Lansing from I-496.

Walnut Street will be closed beginning today between Saint Joseph Street and Lenawee Street for a minimum of three weeks. Crews will reportedly begin work Friday to replace a sewer line.

St. Joe, M.L.K. Boulevard and Kalamazoo Street will be used to detour traffic from the freeway.
