Workplace Repurposing: Not A Fad, Just What We Do.

No matter where you work, there is always someone that uses an item for something other than it's intended purpose. I call that the act of "Workplace Repurposing!"

When I was a printing press operator, we had lots of uses for cases of paper. Step stools, tables, chairs, etc. The kind of things that may have caused a MIOSHA inspector to cringe (or levy a hefty fine).

So as I was looking for an idea for today's post. I saw this old base to a microphone stand being used as a door stop? And if Nick Chase wonders where it went, I found it! So while you're at work, be sure to share some of your photos of some of the repurposed items from your job. No need to tell us where you are, we wouldn't want the safety police to visit you! Ready?
