Last night, Arizona Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians had to be taken to the hospital for "experiencing stomach pain." The same thing that happened to me last Thursday morning. To read more about Bruce, click his name above.

For the past  years, I have not had the energy I used to. I thought I was just getting old. I am not sure what will be the cause of Coach Arians trip to the hospital, but mine was Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Something I have made fun of on the radio. I was more than embarrassed. When you wake up with leg seizures, it's time to go in. Especially with a pregnant wife, who does not need stress.

Pretty much everything I was eating was making me feel bad. There were times where I would just stand there and sweat for no reason. My temperature was normal. I was mad all the time. Especially in the car. I am normally a very happy ass face. Stress is a HUGE trigger for all of the letters that make me. ADD. PTSD. IBS. PMS. HA.

I seriously felt like I was dying over the past few years. That is why I quit chewing, quit the POP and am dedicated to healthier eating so I don't end up back in the ER for a tummy ache. Since I have changed my diet, I have more energy and now I feel like I am surging. I am where I want to be to perform on the radio. I am excited to be here again. Enjoy the show.

A BIG THANKS to all the nurses at the Sparrow ER. They were awesome and very PROFESSIONAL.

Thanks again to my wife Sabrina for once again, saving me from the BOWELS of HELL.
