Olympic Hero Michael Phelps Has Always Gone Fast

I saw this picture the other day and wanted to share it but couldn't make it fit. Early Tuesday morning, Olympic legend Michael Phelps was pulled over for speeding, crossing the double center lines and then failed a field sobriety test. The 29 year-old swimmer acknowledged the arrest and issued an apology Tuesday afternoon.
