Thanksgiving is almost here. Michigan folks are getting prepared for their Thanksgiving feasts. When you are preparing your Thanksgiving menu, there are 5 things you shouldn't serve at Thanksgiving dinner.

5 Things You Should Not Serve at Thanksgiving In Michigan
Jello Salad
This is a solid NO when it comes to serving this at Thanksgiving, if we're being honest, it's a NO anytime of year. I don't want any fruits or vegetables mixed into my jello. Last time I had jello was when I was in the hospital.
Waldorf Salad
A Waldorf salad is a fruit and nut salad generally made of celery, freshapples, walnuts, and grapes, dressed in mayonnaise, and traditionally served on a bed of lettuce as an appetizer or a light meal.
Here's my stance, I'll eat this in the summer if it's kept cool.
Ham
Christmas gives ham all of the love that ham needs for the year. Oh, Easter also is a ham holiday. Enough of the HAM!
Bean Sprouts
Bean sprouts are good but they have no place at Thanksgiving dinner. If you are on a health kick (I am too), don't ask for these to be served. Go big or go home with corn or green beans.
Buckeyes
Although these fine confections are tasty, they are called Buckeyes. The U of M vs OSU game is too close to Thanksgiving to give a buckeye of any form any love. One thing that MSU fans and U of M fans can agree on is that Ohio State SUCKS!
