Accidentally Dropped, or Carefully Placed, Addition to Building Decor?

Three weeks ago, I wondered why the break room refrigerator and soda machine had been wedged between the downstairs bathroom doors (look, a listener told me how to actually use the 'type' feature over photos!). One theory was that the new break room floor, which is beautiful, might be 'curing'.

Seemed a bit unsanitary, but what do I know? Not to mention I nearly slam into the pop machine when I walk out of the restroom every day.

We're now over a month into the 'curing' process and the new arrangement is still in place and there's a new addition to the layout of carefully placed, or carelessly strewn, plastic serving spoons on the floor outside the men's room. Is it a trail? I couldn't follow it, though.
