I mean, of course, breakfast is the best meal of the day...that's why there are things like brinner (breakfast for dinner) and diners and restaurants that serve breakfast all day.

That's also why we've come up with new and different ways to enjoy breakfast, like breakfast sandwiches, pizzas, and burritos.

Breakfast Burritos

I absolutely love breakfast burritos. I end up having them most weekday mornings because they are an easy thing to eat on the go. I feel like they make for the perfect breakfast meal because they are totally portable and a good size to keep you full until lunchtime. Plus, there's a lot you can do to customize your burrito, from the type of meat and cheese, to how the potatoes are cooked, even down to the type of sauce it's served with. I personally love a garlicky salsa verde.

There are tons of amazing breakfast restaurants spanning the greater Lansing area, all of them slinging delicious food options. However, not everyone who serves breakfast does a breakfast burrito.
