A Grand Rapids brewery has opened a Green Bay Packers-themed room for some reason.

Thornapple Brewing Company has added the space as part of their grand re-opening and expansion as they celebrate their second anniversary on 28th Street in Grand Rapids.

Jeff Coffey, co-owner of Thornapple Brewing Company, is a native of Green Bay and a life-long Packers fan. He'll be adding some of his personal Packer memorabilia to the area.

All Lions and Packers games will be shown on TV at Thornapple Brewing Company. Lions games will be shown in the main seating area while Packers games will be in the lounge area.

The expansion also includes the addition of a 14-tap bar, bringing the total number of taps to 40. The brewery will add more variety to fill the new taps and add to the debate over the best choice for a first round draught pick.

Expect a long wait if you'd like to sit in the Green Bay Packers area. Not because it will be popular. Because who would want to be a Packers fan? But because fans may be there a while to honor Aaron Rodgers by slowly sipping their pints of beer.
