It's Halloween!!! I love playing the Halloween Classic Rock tunes. One that pops up is actually a cover song.

Screamin' Jay Hawkins was one crazy mo-fo. I wonder why they called him Screamin'?That is one of my favorite Halloween songs of all time. Then, Creedence Clearwater Revival did a masterpiece cover.

I think CCR made the song more haunting and Fogerty is ripping those strings off the guitar. I always prefer the original but in this case... I can't pick a favorite. I like them both equally.
