WILX.com reports that the intersection of Michigan Avenue and Harrison Road is set to close for the next six weeks to accommodate sewer system construction, beginning Monday.

As the project takes place, northbound and southbound Harrison Road travelers will not be able to proceed through the intersection. But, there will be access to turn right onto Michigan Avenue from Harrison Road.

Michigan Avenue travelers will be able to proceed through the intersection. However, there will only be one lane of traffic available both eastbound and westbound.

Construction at the intersection is scheduled to wrap up in late June.
