Coronal Mass Ejection?!?

The Detroit Free Press has story reporting that NOAA scientists are tracking a solar flare that launched off the sun earlier this week that could cause problems with communications and power systems on our little blue planet this week.  Might also mess with orbiting satellites.

They say to prepare for a 'coronal mass ejection'.  Hmmm.

We could see the Northern Lights as a result of the CME!
