Downtown Lansing Awaits

I was downtown at lunchtime today -- walked around the Capitol a bit, saw the crew putting the finishing touches on the State Christmas tree in preparation for tomorrow night's Silver Bells in the City celebration.  And of course, there are the red balls in the roundabout at Michigan and Washington.
