Yes, it was announced a few days ago that along with pretty much every other fair in Michigan this summer, the Fowlerville Fair announced that they would also be cancelling their annual event for the summer. (No butterfly garden for me this year and that makes me sad.)

Now, here's the silver lining...If you're looking for an elephant ear or a corn dog this weekend, you can head to the Fowlerville Family Fair's 2nd Taste of the Fair. The fair food will be available this Friday, July 10th from noon until 9 pm, on Saturday, July 11th from noon until 9 pm and again on Sunday, July 11th from noon until 5 pm at the Fowlerville Fairgrounds. Processed from the Taste of the Fair will benefit and support the vendors and the fairgrounds.

Please keep in mind that this is a drive in event and you have to stay in your car.
They'll be following all of the safety guideline required by the Livingston County Health Department. There's no admission fee and maybe most importantly, this is a CASH ONLY event. Click here for more info.
