Ford is doing another recall of their F-Series Pickup trucks, this is the second time they are recalling for the same issue. According to WLNS, Ford is recalling 327,000 F-Series pickup trucks, and they are doing this recall to a second time to fix problems with engine block heater cables. The previous recall for this issue happened in December, but they recalled over 874,000 trucks because water could get into the cables and cause electrical shorts and fires.

The reason for a second recall on these F-Series trucks is that during the last recall, some dealers while trying to fix the issue may have damaged something else. So they are mostly recalling the F-Sereis trucks that came in for the first recall, there were 327,000 vehicles that came in and will have to again. The recall covers F-150s from 2015 through 2019, as well as Super Duty trucks from 2017 through 2019.
