“Hamilton” Coming To Wharton Center

The multi-award winning Broadway hit musical "Hamilton" will be coming to East Lansing for some dates at the Wharton Center. But, exactly when is unknown...other than it will be a while off in the distance.

The Wharton Center for Performing Arts made the announcement Friday on its website. "Hamilton" will be a part of the 2018-2019 performance season.

It's guaranteed to be a hot ticket! And, that is likely why the announcement of the show's arrival comes so early as the traveling troupe is still planning its travel dates and locations. You see, to guarantee your tickets to "Hamilton", it's best to be a season ticket holder at Wharton Center. When it comes time to renew those season tickets, "Hamilton" will be included.

But, there is still the rest of this 2016-2017 season and the 2017-2018 season to get to before the 2018-2019 season, when "Hamilton" is slated to come. With no performance dates, there are also no public on-sale dates for tickets.

If you want to ensure your spot for "Hamilton", get on those 2017-2018 subscriptions that go on sale in April 2017. Then, renew for the entire 2018-2019 season when the appropriate time comes around.
