How Old Should You Be When You Get Your First Cell Phone? [Poll]

Yesterday, our Text Question of the Day was a fill in the blank: "I'm a bad parent because _______" and it turned out that a lot of answers had to do with not giving kids cell phones.  So, we wanted to figure out when people should be giving kids cell phones.
